Healthelo is built so your health information stays on your iPhone, where only you can see it. We do not collect it, and we hold no key to read it.
Nothing. Healthelo does not collect, transmit, or store your personal or health data on our servers. Everything you add — medications, vitals, lab results, symptoms, notes, scanned documents — is stored only on your device.
If you choose to connect Apple Health, Healthelo reads the data you authorize so it can summarize it for you on your device. This data is never uploaded to us or anyone else. You can revoke access at any time in the iOS Health app.
If you scan a prescription or lab report, the image and any recognized text are processed on your device and saved only on your device. Images are not sent to us.
Healthelo includes a reference feature for looking up public health information — drug labels, medical literature, public-health statistics, and provider directories — from public U.S. government and international health databases (for example, the FDA, the National Library of Medicine, the CDC, the WHO, and the CMS provider registry). When you run a reference search, the words you type (such as a medication name) are sent to the relevant public database to return results. These lookups are not linked to your identity, we do not receive or store them, and your personal health records are never included in a reference request.
Healthelo never shares your data, because we never have it. The only time your information leaves your device is when you explicitly export or share a summary you created — and then it goes only where you send it.
None. Healthelo contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or crash-reporting services, and does not track you across apps or websites.
Healthelo is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone — including children — because we do not collect data.
If a future version of Healthelo changes how data is handled, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy details before that version ships.
