Is my health data really private?

Yes. Everything you add stays on your iPhone. Healthelo does not collect, upload, or store your health data on any server — we hold no key to read it. (See our Privacy Policy.)

Do I need an account?

No. There's no sign-up and no login. You open the app and start.

How do I import my Apple Health data?

Open Healthelo, go to the Health summary, and allow access when prompted. Healthelo reads only what you authorize and summarizes it on your device. You can change or revoke access anytime in the iOS Health app → Sharing → Apps.

How do I scan a prescription or lab report?

Use the scan option and point your camera at the document. The image and recognized text are processed on your device and saved only on your device.

How do I share a summary with my doctor?

Build a summary in Healthelo and use the share option to send it wherever you choose. Nothing is shared unless you explicitly send it.

Are the hospital / insurer / lab connectors available?

Not yet — they're shown as "coming soon" and will be added in a future update, free. Today, Apple Health import and manual tracking are fully available.

How do I delete my data?

Because your data lives only on your device, deleting the app removes it. You can also delete individual entries inside the app.
